OCTOBER, 2025: Thanks again to the more than 1,200 people who joined us last spring for our 12th annual festival of many of the world’s best new ecological, Indigenous, and place-based films from around the living world.

We have begun the selection process for our 2026 festival, which will happen from March through May at Portland’s Hollywood Theatre and Cinema 21. We will announce our 2026 program in December, 2025.

We are preparing for several exciting things, including a first-of-its-kind podcast exploring ecological, Indigenous, and place-based cinema with filmmakers and film participants. It will be available early next year on all major platforms.

Sign up for our email list to receive periodic updates on that and much more. (We never share your information with third parties.)
